How to use them

  • One letter a day is plenty. Say the letter's sound together before your child traces it.
  • Trace the big letter with a finger first, then the grey letters with a pencil, then write it alone on the last line.
  • The four boxes show the letter on its own and at the start, middle and end of a word: point to them as you read the words.
  • Say each word aloud and ask your child to find the letter in it.
