Kiducate grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Kenan & Faseeh on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. Use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard licence agreement: Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The first building of level one is free. Everything beyond it requires an auto-renewing subscription.
The app is made for children aged 3 to 8 and is listed in the App Store's Kids category. The subscription screen, the parents' area and every link that leaves the app are behind a grown-ups' gate. A subscription is a decision for the adult who owns the device and the Apple Account.
Profiles and progress are created by you on your device and stay there. Kiducate does not receive them and cannot read them. Voice recordings in the speaking games are played back and discarded and are never transmitted. What does leave the device is described in the Privacy Policy.
Kenan & Faseeh teaches Modern Standard Arabic through games, films and stories. It is a learning aid, not a tutor or an assessment, and children learn at different rates. Content is added over time; the games and levels available may change between versions.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Kiducate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Questions: support@kiducate.eu.
