Privacy Policy
Itqan is designed to keep your CV on your device. There is no account, and your CV content is never uploaded anywhere to build or export it.
What Itqan does
Itqan helps Arabic-speaking job seekers build an ATS-friendly CV in Arabic or English and export it as a PDF. The app works entirely offline: there is no account, no login, and no cloud sync of your CV content.
Account requirement
Itqan does not require you to create an account to use the app.
Where your CV is stored
Everything you enter — your name, contact details, work experience, education, skills, and an optional profile photo — is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. Kiducate does not operate a server that stores your CV content, and nothing you type is uploaded to build the exported PDF.
If you add a profile photo, it is resized on your device and embedded directly into the CV. The photo is never uploaded anywhere.
Exporting your CV
The exported PDF is generated entirely on your device. When you export, iOS opens the standard share sheet so you can save, print, or send the file yourself — Itqan does not transmit the PDF to Kiducate or to any third party as part of generating it.
Purchases
Itqan offers an optional one-time purchase and an optional auto-renewing annual subscription to remove the export watermark and unlock all templates. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; Kiducate does not see or store your payment card details.
To manage the purchase flow and confirm what you're entitled to on each device, Itqan uses RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier and your purchase receipt — never your CV content.
Analytics
Itqan uses PostHog for anonymous product analytics, limited to the following events: onboarding completed, a CV section completed, CV completed, preview viewed, paywall viewed, and purchase completed. These events do not include any CV content — no names, employers, contact details, or exported text are ever sent.

Deleting your data
All data in Itqan — your CV content and your purchase status — is stored exclusively on your device. To delete it:
- Delete your CV: Open Itqan → Settings → "حذف جميع البيانات" (Delete all data). This immediately and permanently clears your CV from the device.
- Delete everything: Uninstalling the app removes all local data completely.

Your rights
Kiducate is based in the EU. Since Itqan does not collect personally identifiable information on any server — your CV content never leaves your device — most data protection rights (access, correction, deletion) are already fully in your control on-device. For the limited, anonymous analytics and purchase data described above, you may contact us at support@kiducate.eu with any request or question about how it's handled.
Children's information
Itqan is intended for job seekers and is not directed at children. Do not enter another person's personal information into the app without their permission.
Changes to this policy
If Itqan starts using additional services or begins storing CV content off-device, this policy will be updated to describe them before that change ships.
