Terms of Use

Please read these terms before using Itqan, and before purchasing the one-time upgrade or the annual subscription.

These Terms of Use apply to the Itqan iOS app. Last updated: August 2, 2026.

Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Itqan, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Kiducate grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Itqan on devices you own or control, solely to build and export your own CV. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

What Itqan offers

The free version lets you build a CV and preview it with a watermark. Two optional purchases remove the watermark and unlock all templates:

  • Lifetime — a one-time purchase that unlocks the full app permanently.
  • Annual — an auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly, that unlocks the full app for the duration of the subscription.

Subscription terms (annual plan)

If you choose the annual plan:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews for the same length and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device — Itqan and Kiducate cannot cancel it on your behalf.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Kiducate does not handle your payment details and does not process refunds directly — refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund policies.

Your content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into your CV. Itqan stores your CV locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details.

No employment guarantee

Itqan helps you produce a clearly formatted, ATS-friendly document. It does not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed, or hired for any position. Employment outcomes depend on factors outside the app's control.

Disclaimer of warranty

Itqan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiducate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Itqan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Itqan after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence and the jurisdiction in which Kiducate operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
