These Terms of Use apply to the Wajeez app for iOS and Android. Last updated: August 3, 2026.
Kiducate grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Wajeez on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.
You may not resell the app, redistribute it, or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract its source code except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Wajeez offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited exports. It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel.
You are not charged again after the initial purchase. Because the purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, you can restore it on a new device using the Restore Purchases option in the app's settings.
Wajeez includes a free export so you can confirm the app does what you need before paying. After that, saving or sharing further compressed files requires the one-time purchase. You can always select a file and see the compressed result before deciding.
Purchases are processed by Apple or by Google, not by Kiducate. Refunds are therefore handled entirely under their policies, and Kiducate cannot issue, approve, or reverse a refund directly.
If something is not working as described, please contact us first at support@kiducate.eu — we would rather fix the problem.
Wajeez compresses photos toward a target size you choose. For most photos and scanned images it reaches that target while keeping the file usable.
It cannot guarantee that every file can reach every target. Some images simply cannot be reduced to an arbitrarily small size while remaining usable — a very large photo asked to fit a very small limit has a practical floor, and PNG files often cannot shrink as far as JPG. Where the app cannot reach your target, it tells you and suggests a larger one.
You are responsible for checking that a compressed file is acceptable for its purpose before you submit it anywhere. Kiducate is not responsible for a form, portal, or authority rejecting a file.
Your photos and documents remain yours. Wajeez processes them on your device and does not upload them, so Kiducate never receives, stores, or acquires any rights over them. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
You are responsible for having the right to use the files you compress.
Wajeez is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiducate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including missed deadlines, rejected applications, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Wajeez always writes a new compressed copy and never modifies your original file, but you remain responsible for keeping your own backups.
Kiducate may update, change, or discontinue features of Wajeez over time. If these terms change materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
